Each year Akron Life Magazine takes an issue to focus on the best of the best, as voted by readers, in the city of Akron, OH. The topics range from food & dining, to arts & entertainment, to shopping and everything in between.

I worked to create a wholistic look that could extend from the cover and into the inside spreads and later be applied to signage and various items at their annual “Best of the City” event. Design elements created include a typographic lock-up and icon set.
